Every season has its unique charm and atmosphere for the ideal natural lighting for photography sessions. The South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal is extremely busy during our holiday seasons as holidaymakers flock to visit our gorgeous coastline. Luckily I've found quite a variety of isolated scenic spots over the years that are winners for whatever idea you may have in mind for your little family session.
I have often found that parents overthink how their little ones may behave during a family session as children can behave in unpredictable ways. I would love to set your mind at ease by explaining that all of my sessions are done in such a manner that you should much rather think of the experience as a fun, playful family outing. Fun is the main focus of any family photo session. It will usher little ones to enjoy the experience rather than fear the situation due to expectations. I always come prepared with many different prompts and suggestions for candid photographs, and there is no need to worry about ever feeling uncomfortable in front of the camera.
Little ones have a short span of patience when it comes to portraits. I often pull funny faces, ask silly questions or even tickle feet to get beautiful portrait photographs.
